The Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros planned community derives from an extremely competent and experienced development team of a powerful group of professionals, all in possession of the requisite credentials necessary for our development, including legal, planning, environmental, engineering, architectural, residential and commercial construction, security, management, marketing and sales.

Paradise Found Belize, Ltd. -- Mark Leonard

Paradise Found Belize, Ltd. is the project management company for Cerros Sands. Mark Leonard brings over 25 years of real estate, financial management and development experience to this project. Many leaders from State, County and City government and civic organizations in his former California home, honored Mark with his recognition as Business Person of the Year, 2001 for The City of Pittsburg, California.

Consulting Engineers, Ltd - Philip C. Freytag, P.E.

Phil joined our development team from its outset in order to assist with the design of our community's roads, drainage, utility and construction specifications. He brings an extensive applied engineering background from numerous substantial development projects, in both the United States and Belize, to bear for the benefit of the Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros project. Philip lives in the Corozal District.

Vance C. Titus, Principal

Vance has a diversified expertise in professional architectural design, construction specification, and construction management. His nearly forty years of hands-on work in the construction industry, primarily in project management, field engineering and construction is invaluable. Vance's experience includes building single family residences and multi-family housing projects the U.S. and Belize as well as his participation in large infrastructure, industrial and institutional projects in the U.S. and more than twenty-five countries around the world. Mr. Titus holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master of Business Administration degree from prominent U.S. universities. He also lives in the Corozal District in Belize.

Wilderness Group Consulting, Evaristo Avella, Principal, Environmental Engineer

Wilderness Group Consulting has performed ongoing work with us as we moved forward with various ecological and environmental components. Evaristo has acquired any necessary permits required for dredging and excavation work. His firm prepared our Environmental Impact Assessment and spearheaded it through the approval process. Working along with his group was an independent consultant that reviewed and ensured compliance on our site for the archaeological components existing on La Playa de Cerros. Mr. Avella is a Belizean citizen and resident.

Pacific Energy Systems, John Udovich, Principal, Licensed Electrical Contractor

John's company is licensed in California and he is well versed in residential, commercial and industrial utility electrical system applications and installation. John stands ready to consult with our community's members with regard to any substantial electrical power issues that may arise.

Optic Solutions of Washington, Martin E. Scofield, Sr., Principal

Licensed in California and Washington, USA, Marty brings over 20 years of sophisticated telecommunications experience acquired throughout a five state region. His expertise will provide design and installation guidance for our data, A/V and telephony infrastructure in our commercial and residential component applications at Cerros at La Playa de Cerros. His company will also assist with electrical system installations, as needed. Marty is a resident of the USA.

Caribbean Systems Ltd, Thomas McMaken, Principal

Tom is our Water Supply and Distribution Systems Designer. Having lived in Belize, Tom is very familiar with applications in Belize.

Frank Teiche, BSME, Wildlife and Forestry Consultant

Frank is our consultant on Wildlife and Forestry. He has 30 years experience with Forestry and owns Tree Farms in California. He also has 30 years of Mechanical Engineering experience, mostly with International Harvester.

Block Environmental Services, Ronald Block, PhD., Principal

Ron is our consultant for environmental services, water and soils working with Wilderness Group Consulting. His company is licensed in California.

Geo-Tech Security Corporation, George Iaconis, Principal

George is our consultant on security systems for the community and homes being constructed. His company is licensed in California.

Magali Marin Young, Attorney-at-Law

Formerly of the Law Firm of Barrow & Williams and Belize Escrow Company. This firm handled all the legal work for the land acquisition for Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros and performed all the work necessary for our Master Title Policy. This company are very well recognized in Belize. The Hon. Dean Barrow, former senior partner of the law firm is now the Prime Minister of Belize.

First American Title of Florida

They supplied the Master Title Insurance Policy for Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros and may be used for Title Insurance.
