Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros Management

Cerros Sands Property Management Ltd, a separate entity from Cerros Sands Ltd. was formed to be charged with the responsibility of maintaining Cerros Sands to the highest standards.

Roads, drainage, erosion control and security are all under their responsibility. The annual maintenance fees are placed in their account. They in turn disburse for expenses incurred in the performance of their responsibilities.

They employ two full time employees for maintenance and as many a 6-7 more on a contractual basis. Cerros Sands Ltd. continues to support their activities with equipment and manpower.

As the community grows, more full-time employees will be added and the administrative support will be re-located onsite.

We envision this entity may also add Rental Management to its activities.
