Bob Trampf "Belize Bob" has been in the insurance, investment-retirement planning, and real estate business for 15 years.

Bob is a licensed realtor who has been on the Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros Maya sales team for five and a half years. He is very knowledgeable about Belize, traveling to the country several times. Bob has also purchased property several times himself in Belize and knows the buying process very well. Cyndi Williams lives full time in Cabo San Lucas since 2008. Prior to her permanent move to Baja California, Cyndi was a full time California Real Estate Broker and project sales director for Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros Maya since the inception of the project. She has traveled the US and Belize marketing the project including attending many trade shows and real estate events. She has been traveling to Belize since 2004 working with the developer on project design and planning, marketing and promotions and the creation of product mix and floor plans.
