We at Cerros Sands are looking to build an upscale community in the Caribbean. To this goal we have incorporated zoning, building restrictions as required by the Government of Belize Department of the Environment, and formed an architectural committee to review your building plans. We will maintain standards that are structurally sound and support property values within Cerros Sands.
Do keep in mind you are free to submit your own designs, build your own home, or oversee your home construction, hiring your own architect, builder and subcontractors. Builders are more than welcome to purchase within Cerros Sands and build. The developer may even joint venture with you.
Mitchell-Moody and Associates of Belize City at the request of Cerros Sands has prepared five homes with a total 13 elevations for your consideration. Each one of these models have been designed with consideration of the building restrictions for Cerros Sands.
Sizes range from 1800 to just over 2500 square feet.
