First quarter of 2013

Land Utilization Authority

We have submitted our plan for the seaview side of the channel as well as parcels on the greenbelt.

Survey

Our surveyor has been back to survey a few parcels are they are being readied for construction. This is due diligence by the owners to ensure their property lines and setbacks.

Channel

Just about all the excavated product has been spread evenly amongst the channel parcels. It looks great.

Construction

Our Entry: The second decorative wall is under construction. Once these are complete we will work on the fountains and landscaping. Fish and Turtles have been placed in the ponds.

Kinach Ahau: Plastering is being completed. An interior designer has been enlisted to assist with color combinations, tile and finish. This construction is being completed by Paradise Found Belize Limited under the supervision of Danny Marin.

Single Family Homes: The design for our 1st channel home have been submitted to an architect. Once the plans are completed they will be added to the website. This will be on parcel 778. The docking area is now excavated and the property filled to the owners specifications. Plans for a 2nd channel home "The Navigator" are underway. This will be built on channel parcel 777. Plans for another beachfront home are being worked on with another architect.

Road Signage

Visitors has been coming in and to make it easier for them to look at parcels, we have ordered and received our street signs. They will be placed in pyramids and set on the road corners.

The Woodshop

In an effort to control our construction costs, Paradise Found Belize Ltd is building a woodshop on-site at Cerros Sands. We will be able to construct and install any wood products desired. Having this on-site will also ensure your orders will arrive without any issues.

The Cerros Royal Maya Resort

Casita Designs are underway. Initial layout plan calls for 11 casitas and a swimming pool. This will be a seafront resort with the bar and grill nearby. A permit application has been submitted for a 200' dock. The site review by the Government has been completed and we have been advised there were no issues.

Blackbeard's Beach Bar and Grill

Now available for private parties. An indoor facility is being designed by an architect.

Beach Improvement

A couple parcels have excavated their swimming areas, Parcels 820 and 832.

Greenbelt and Commercial Parcels

A contractor has completed clearing and leveling this area so it can be easily maintained by our own equipment.

Land Filling

Owners are continuing to fill parcels.

Marketing

Three local real estate companies have been out to the site recently and are coordinating marketing efforts with Paradise Found Belize Ltd.
