Property Value

In each case our current prices are all below these values, except for one beachfront which is at the same value. And that one beachfront would probably be appraised at a higher value because it has significantly more linear feet of beachfront than the one appraised.

Every Owner to date, even in this economy has seen an improvement in their investment. Some well over 100%.
