Vance has a diversified expertise in professional architectural design, construction specification, and construction management. His nearly forty years of hands-on work in the construction industry, primarily in project management, field engineering and construction is invaluable. Vance’s experience includes building single family residences and multi-family housing projects the U.S. and Belize as well as his participation in large infrastructure, industrial and institutional projects in the U.S. and more than twenty-five countries around the world. Mr. Titus holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master of Business Administration degree from prominent U.S. universities. He also lives in the Corozal District in Belize.

They have designed five homes plans which are available to owners of property at Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros Maya.
Mitchell-Moody and Associates of Belize City at the request of Cerros Sands at Playa del Cerros Maya have prepared five homes for your consideration. Each one of these models has been designed with consideration of the building restrictions for Cerros Sands at Playa del Cerros Maya. In keeping with our Mayan Heritage each model is named after a Mayan Historic site in Belize.Sizes of these Villas range from 1800 to just over 2500 square feet
and modifications are being done for a 3000 square foot home.
The centrally located staircase leads to a wide open great room that’s large enough to accommodate almost any use.
The Caracol also includes a large deck in back for entertaining, cooking out
or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. A fully enclosed garage rounds out the
Caracol design, keeping your vehicle clean and providing even more storage
space.
The spacious primary living area includes recesses suitable for a dining area, study, sitting room etc. While the extended kitchen area leaves a room for a breakfast nook. A nearby utility space conveniently accommodates laundry machines or serves as extra storage.
