Paradise Development Ltd

This company was formed in 2004 by Mark Leonard. It has concentrated on overseeing the infrastructure projects for Cerros Sands as well as the construction of The Bar and Restaurant and Gatehouse at Cerros Sands. We are now moving our focus to The Residences at Cerros Sands.

We have worked with numerous architects and engineers here in Belize.

We are offering our services in Construction to owners at Cerros Sands as well as other locations.

Our superintendent is Danny Marin of Corozal. His carries a B.A. in Architecture. Having overseen many construction projects in Corozal, he is more than adequately prepared to oversee construction projects at Cerros Sands.

Danny also owns a construction supply store in Corozal and can source just about everything needed for Construction. We do shop outside the immediate area as well for materials, working for the best price for the best materials. Items have come from Cayo, Belize City as well as Chetumal. Some specialty items are being sourced outside Belize.

We work with local labor with experience. Unlike most construction in Belize, we are pouring in place concrete with steel forms. We have found concrete block to have consistency issues, so we are limiting its use to interior walls and other specific applications.

Our goal is to incorporate the best available products for longevity and low maintenance, as a cost below other builders in the area.

Jack with 30 years of building/project management experience has come aboard to offer his services for residents of Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros Maya. His strong background as a builder, superintendent and project manager in the construction industry in Florida fits very well with the construction being undertaken in Belize. He is the owner of Collins Construction of Florida, USA. He has held the position of project manger with Howell Homes, Southern Construction and Walhauder and Sons Custom Homes all of Florida. Casa de Cristal

This modern/contemporary home is your perfect family beach home, with floor to ceiling window panels across the full exterior, patio side, to enjoy the wonderful Caribbean view. It is a large open concept, with main floor office, laundry facilities, bathroom, kitchen, island eating area, living room and dining room. You will have a perfect view wherever you are in this house. The two large bedrooms both have ensuites, his and her walk through closets and the ability to curl up in bed and watch the sunsets. Perfect for added privacy with the California split design, bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Good rental potential with this layout.

This contempory design enjoys a sunken living room with Trey ceilings, giving the impression of indoor living right on the beach. It is open and airy and offers locally handcrafted cupboards with eating island off the kitchen. Separate dining room area, with a view from anywhere in the house. This neo-colonial style house is perfect for larger back lots or corner canal lot of Cerros Sands at Playa del Cerros Maya, because of the 360 degree turret bonus room. It was aptly named for a star in Orion's Belt (in the Constellation Orion). The tower room allows a great view of the Corozal Bay, watching the sunsets and looking at stars. The bonus turret room can be used as an office, extra bedroom, or simply for entertaining. It is a perfect family home with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen with a dining room in the turret and a game room. It has plenty of storage room. You can increase your rental potential by adding a third bedroom in the tower room. Each area are can be locked off for peace of mind while you are away.
