Consulting Engineers, Ltd - Philip C. Freytag, P.E.

Phil joined our development team from its outset in order to assist with the design of our community's roads, drainage, utility and construction specifications. He brings an extensive applied engineering background from numerous substantial development projects, in both the United States and Belize, to bear for the benefit of the Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros Maya project. Philip lives in the Corozal District.

Mitchell-Moody Associates - Architectural and Engineering

Established in 1982, Mitchell-Moody Associates (MMA) provides a wide range of professional architectural and engineering services for both public and private sector clients. Their impressive,seasoned and highly trained staff has many years of experience which in turn enables the company to provide broad ranging expertise and consultative benefits for our project. MMA has worked in close association with many international firms from throughout the Caribbean Basin, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom and it has been retained by international funding agencies in both the public and private sectors in order to ensure adherence to and compliance with generally accepted professional practices. They have designed five homes plans which are available to owners of property at Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros Maya.
