The truckloads of fill material are running! Phase 1 cul-de-sacs are getting some touch-ups as well as the roads.

Survey lines are in for the road expansion in Phase 1. This line is the back corner past the planned marina area. The road should be going in by the end of the first quarter of 2023.

Road Improvements between Copper Bank and the New River! Some test layers applied to the road, and a lot of expansion is happening.

On the north side of the New River, they are putting in heavy stone on the side of the roads to set the base for the road improvements there and passing all the way to Corozal is doable by car as we saw today by many sedans taking the road.

Once the bridges are in, we will be minutes from numerous restaurants and nightlife in Corozal that were limited options before
