The approved channel expansion at the north end was completed, opening the first canal row in Phase 2 along Bahia De Chetumal Lane and improving navigation through to the bay.
July 2024
Our most recent aerial footage runs from Phase 1 at the resort north into Phase 2, then back along the completed channel — the clearest way to see how the two phases fit together and how much is already built. Watch it on our YouTube channel.
