About Phase 2

Phase 2 lies north of Santa Rita Road and is the newer half of the community. The approved channel expansion was completed at the end of 2023, opening the first canal row along Bahia De Chetumal Lane and a run of beachfront parcels on Turneffe Atoll Lane.
