Many owners at Cerros Sands are not in Belize year round. Property management exists so your land or home is looked after while you are away.

Lot maintenance

Vacant lots are kept mowed for approximately $100 USD per year until you build. In this climate vegetation moves fast, and an unmaintained lot is both unsightly and harder to inspect when you return.

Home watch

For built homes we can arrange routine checks, coordinate repairs and prepare the house before you arrive, so you are not spending the first days of a trip on maintenance.

Rental support

Some owners rent their home out when they are not using it. We can point you to the people who handle bookings, cleaning and guest turnover locally.
